The research work will be developed under the scientific supervision of João Pedro Vicente Tereso and will include the following tasks: Processing of sediment samples from archaeological excavations through bucket and machine assisted flotation in order to collect plant macroremains; Sorting and identification of plant macroremains, namely fruits and seeds, using reference collections and morphological atlases.
